This policy describes how Rockland Financial(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through rocklandfin.com. This site is a single-advisor mortgage practice operated by Juan Diego Currea from Woodland Hills, California.

This site is intended for residents of California. We are licensed to advise on mortgages in California only. Please do not submit information through this site if you are located in another state.

Information we collect

Information you give us.When you complete the Mortgage Profile intake form or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of what you're trying to do (purchase, refinance, credit repair, or general inquiry) and your timing.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may record standard server-log information when your browser loads a page, including your IP address, the time of the request, and the page you requested. This information is used for security and operational purposes.

Cookies. This site does not currently set non-essential cookies. If we add analytics or other measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy and disclose them explicitly.

How we use information

• To prepare for and conduct the conversation you requested.
• To respond to your inquiries and follow up if you ask us to.
• To comply with applicable federal and California regulatory and recordkeeping obligations for mortgage advisors.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with marketing partners.

Service providers we use

A small number of third-party services help us operate the site and respond to inquiries. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us.

• Vercel, hosts and serves the website.
• Resend, delivers email notifications about new intake-form submissions to j_currea@rocklandfin.com (when configured).
• Calendly, handles appointment scheduling when you book a call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the information you provide on its booking page.
• Microsoft 365, handles email sent to and from j_currea@rocklandfin.com.

Retention

We retain intake submissions and related correspondence for the period required by federal and California regulations applicable to licensed mortgage advisors, which is typically several years. Server access logs are retained for a much shorter operational window.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and request that we not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email j_currea@rocklandfin.comwith the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the timelines required by California law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by direct email to known clients.
