These Terms of Use govern your use of rocklandfin.com(the “Site”), operated by Rockland Financial in Woodland Hills, California. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site exists to help prospective clients understand what working with Juan Diego looks like and to schedule a conversation. Information presented is for educational purposes only.
Not a loan commitment or financial advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes a loan commitment, an offer to lend, an approval, a rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. No mortgage application is created by submitting the Mortgage Profile intake form or by booking a call. A loan application requires a separate process governed by federal and state regulations.
We do not guarantee that any prospective borrower will qualify for any loan product or rate. Eligibility, terms, rates, and availability are determined by the lender at the time of application based on a complete review of the borrower's circumstances.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as the NMLS Consumer Access registry, Calendly, or social profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
